I'd say about 95% of the time, H&J won't load. It keeps saying it timed out, that H&J didn't reply. It works maybe once or twice every couple of days. Sometimes all of a sudden, even if I'm not currently doing anything to try, it will load.
I've cleared my browser cache.
It does the same thing on 2 different browsers.
Other browser sites like my online banking load fine, every time.
I've tried using a hotspot from my cell instead of wifi.
I've tried flushing the dns.
I haven't tried throwing it out the window. Glass is too expensive.

Suggestions please?

Only when logged in or also on the login pages? Have you tried a different account? A different server?

It doesn't even get to login, if that's what you mean, so I wouldn't be able to log into another account or another server. My H&J icon is linked to "https://www.huntandjump.com/"

Have you tried a different server? https://hj2.huntandjump.com/ or https://mesa.huntandjump.com/

Have you tried a different device? Using your phone or a different computer.

It crashed just while I was trying to post. I’m on my cell again. It says “This site can’t be reached. www.hunt and jump.com took too long to respond. Try checking the connection, checking the proxy and firewall, Running Windows network diagnostics.

The two different servers both fail with the same message I just posted. I am currently using my cellphone which works fine so far.

Oh and I had tech support go through my computer and they couldn’t find anything wrong.

Can you please clarify if it works normally on your phone? Is the problem only with your computer?

Also, why are there spaces in the url of your above post? Did you add the spaces?

Appears to be only the computer. The computer uses wifi the cellphone appears to work fine and uses cellular data. Other people on the same wifi are not having problems nor am I having problems getting to other sites that use browser such as my bank Skype discord etc.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? Do you mean the computer can not load the game when using your home internet, but does load the game when using your cell phone's internet?

No. I can only reach H&J on cell phone using cellular data . I haven’t been able to succeed to work a hotspot. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. The computer works fine on wifi to other websites.

When a single website is having issues on a single internet provider it is normally a connection era with the computer, the router, or the internet provider. You can try these things.

Well I just tried a friend’s computer and it can’t get on H&J either so it can’t be my computer.

Was your friend's computer on your wireless network or on a different network/connection? Also, just out of curiosity, who is your internet service provider? Now I'm wondering if you are having the same issue I had a few weeks ago.

You need to be paying attention to exactly what internet provider you are using at any time. Can't troubleshoot the issue without that key data.

You need to be able to answer this question.

Soliloquy Agreed it sounds like it might be a DNS issue but there are so many conflicting answers being given, or questions being not answered, it is hard to pin it down.

Same network as I am, it doesn’t belong to me though I have to track someone who knows about what isp, the office said they don’t know

Oh and there is a second network same isp has the same issue I tried it today (the network for guests)

Sorry it does sound like a DNS issue, but I am afraid I don't have the tech support ability to walk someone with limited computer knowledge through how to fix it. It is something I could only maybe fix on my own with my own system. :(

The new news is DNS issues normally resolve on their own given time.

The best I can do is give you a few links but it is a complicated issue that requires a very tech savvy person to resolve.
