    Saddlebreds are not really like any other horse breed so sending this to those of you that know the breed better. How is this wip looking so far?

    I didn't examine all of them, but I'd say that you've made a good start.

    I would change the position of the head, so the neck isn't so ewed. I would also reduce the head size so the proportions work a little better with the rest of the body. There should be a curve to his topline, right now it's very square.

    Looking good! Saddlebreds are known for being noodle-y so I think the long neck is great and the flat croup is normal for the breed!

    Cute! I think the neck should be slightly more upright though. The pictures I'm seeing have the neck pretty much straight up and down. Then that curve wouldn't make it look a little ewe-necked. Everything else looks great. :)

    Right now, it looks like her front feet are just a little in front of her shoulder. I would place her feet a little more directly underneath her point of shoulder so it doesn't look like she's leaning.
