What happens if we go over the max?

I am not spending as much time on this game as I used to, and I am close to the HB limit. If I stay away for a few weeks, will the excess be held back and applied as I spend, or is it gone for good?
Also, what do I do with sea ponies? I don't do much gmt work, but I can't sell them.Game number 273531

Excess hbs disappear, so I would invest a bunch in IVs so you still have the value.
Not sure on sea ponies - if they're young enough, save them until the December gift exchange maybe?Formerly OscarWildin

You can also use the gmts to boost or unalter horses. Lots of things to do with those GMTs.Need to contact me? Read this first.

I thought boosts had to be bought with cash, I couldn't find where to trade gmts?

@OopsDotCom You can buy boosts with IVs on the Upgrades for HBs page. Unaltering and maxing is done with GMTs though.
