It shows it's had a foal this year, but is only 3 years old.

It's been GMTed to a stallion, it must have had a foal that has since been sold back to the game.

Darn, I wanted to gmt it more, but not being able to sell the foal since it doesn't show, I can't.

Should be GMTable because the foal was sold back to the game. You'll just be limited by the parents' genetics.
