I like to think I'm pretty good by now at guessing a horse's genetics just from the picture, but I never would have guessed this one!

looks like a splash with the chimeric gene and maybe cream gene too. Very pretty horse though and there is the red/chestnut I believe as well.

@Herzeloyde I'm guessing yours is a silver buckskin dun/nd1. Or maybe silver smoky black. I'm going to look now to see how close I was. :)

Silver brown dun/nd1 is one of my favorite colors. I just wish it bred true.

@Oatsman I would have sworn that first one was a grullo! I've noticed a dun/nd1 combo can do that to livers. I first saw it in this horse of mine:

He looked even more like a grullo before I regenerated him to see the new tobiano expression:
