Why isn't this horse a PRE?

    It was bred by someone else, but both parents are PRE. I have the PRE BC. I tried going into the Advanced Tack Editor but that didn't come up with the horse as PRE. I tried getting a new seed, but that didn't change it. Why isn't it PRE and is there a way to change it?

    Should be an option to change the breed characteristics on the control panel all the way at the very bottom?

    It worked. I just read the "Cannot change..." and figured I couldn't do it. Thank you.
