Lots of 10+ PT foals for sale
-
I have a bunch of foals I'm not keeping from my recent pasture breeding. Lots with 10+ PT scores. Stallions, Mares, Geldings and I think some Spayed Mares as well. All have consistency testing done as well. All are priced at $1500 or $2500.
-
Sure! Lots have sold but still have more. I have a great stud that is throwing 10 PT + out of mares with as low as a 6 PT :) Will have lots of sales throughout this breeding season.

As an FYI, you can get more hbs if you sell at auction the public auction. :-)

I have purchased a couple, but honestly, you should raise your prices. These are good horses. I personally do not care if they are uneven pedigree and you have paid quite a bit to have them all tested. If I were you , I would mark them up to at least 3k...if they don sell then you can just auction them off for more than $1500 or you can geld them and keep them for show ponies to make you money.

I honestly had no idea what you were talking about with uneven lined until I read another forum post just now. I have mostly been playing in my own little bubble since joining just trying to produce high quality horses. I think they are nice too but I can't seem to sell anything for over 1500. I guess I will try entering them in the actual auctions and see how that goes.
I'm just trying to produce some nice horses of my own breeding program to get out there into the game :) -
The Auction will pay you 2250 ( I believe) per head if no one bids on them. I personally do not care about uneven pedigrees unless it is way uneven-like a 6th,7th,8th gen bred to a foundy mare. Those are usually accidents, but I ALWAYS keep those because they usually make amazing show horses.
I usually have a few up for sale all the time, but once they have been up for a while (few weeks) I will just put them in the auction or make them show ponies if I have the stall space. You are doing a good job with creating good horses and just remember this is a game and this is your game to be played how you would like, but no reason to short change yourself when it comes to sale horses. I looked at your barn and if I were you, I would just geld/spay those that you aren't going to breed and keep them for show horses. However, if you need the money, then sell/suction them and use that money to purchase a couple of good show horses that can help bring in money for you. :-)

Thanks for the advice! I really appreciate it. I don't really want to buy extra stall space so I usually sell off the ones I'm not keeping for breeding stock unless I really really like them. That's how I see it too, it's just a game. I'm involved with a trainer that has a breeding program along with the hunter/jumper training and showing bit so this was a fun way to learn a bit more about the genetics.
