It's probably a silly question, but it's been ages since I've had time for the game, due to an injury I've now found myself with loads of it. I can no longer seem to log in and from what I can tell my stable has been totally deleted. This is probably the wrong thread for this but I wasn't sure who to contact. It's not really the ponies (although some I will miss), I was going to use the hb's to start my barns all over. Well that and I had several barns on my account that I had purchased. I apologize if this is the wrong thread but if there is someone that could help me that would be amazing. My barn name was DONT FORGET ME.

If you don't log in regularly or have an upgrade it gets deleted within a certain amount of time so I'd be guessing it's long gone. I'm sure Gael will chime in and let you know.

If you are gone for a very long time and there is no upgrade on the account we wont keep paying for server space for you forever. Eventually accounts with no upgrades get deleted. Looks like you where gone for over a year.
