You could start by changing and e to an E. It looks like the sire was chestnut so you could only change the dam's side.
This horse is also pearl and gray, so they may hide the chinchilla look you want.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom -

Looks like you got it to work. ChinchIlla shows the silver grey on horses that are black or bay.
