You could start by changing and e to an E. It looks like the sire was chestnut so you could only change the dam's side.
This horse is also pearl and gray, so they may hide the chinchilla look you want.#243786

Looks like you got it to work. ChinchIlla shows the silver grey on horses that are black or bay.
