3 Breedable Mares, but only two foals
-
Hey everyone. :)
So I'm still kinda new to the game, and have finally made up my mind and decided to try and breed horses carrying the Ice gene. This breeding season, I had three breedable mares in the pasture, and bred them to my stud, and only had two foals as a result. In real life, I know of a lethal white... is this applicable in the game? Or are there other reasons that one might lose a foal.
This is the mare that didn't have a foal::

And this is the stallion::

Thanks in advance!

Lethal white is applicable in the game, however there are other genes that can produce a dead foal when combined. It shows she was bred, but shows no foal - so odds are the foal carried both W1 and Sb1 and died.
Here is a breakdown of the lethal genes for you:
Any White gene is lethal when combined with any other White gene
Sabino 1 and Sabino 2 are lethal with White 1 and White 2
Splash 2 and Splash 3 are lethal with each other in any combination
Frame (OLW) is lethal with Frame
Sabino 3 is lethal with nothing
