Can't unalter clones?

    Has this changed recently? I had a couple of clones that I had previously unaltered and gender swapped, and now I'm unable to. Am I doing something wrong or is this a new implemented rule? Is there perhaps something I'm doing wrong? Thank you for your help!!

    I knew about the move, but my problem is that I can't unalter cloned horses. The option is there but it says I have to have bred the horse, which is new as I'd previously gender swapped the same horse. Was just wondering if this was a permanent change or a glitch or something I did wrong.

    gender swapping like modifing genes that the parent has and the foal didnt get are not the same as unaltering a horse you didnt breed ; and technically the game breeds the clones

    Pretty sure it did not allow you to unalter clones before, but I may not be correct. I can't get into the code base right now to check. You have always had to be the breeder to unalter a horse.

    You should be able to unalter foundation clones though.

    I have one clone that was previously unaltered -- https://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=18482208

    The clone I'm currently trying to unalter was also previously unaltered, but mistakenly spayed again. So it was previously allowed.

    We may have had a line in there where if you were the creator of the clone you could unalter it.

    Thank you so much! Although I am still getting the message "Error: only the original breeder of a lined horse can unalter it." on the GMT page.
