I am gradually losing interest in this game, and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried making a new stud, but that buzz is not there.
I got a new job in November and am doing well. Unfortunately, I found out that mold stays in the system for some time and am working on purging it.

We are having a similar issue at my job. Everyone has been sick for the last 3 months. Osha is involved and we all may be out of a job. Sometimes taking little breaks are not bad . I have in the past a few times. Maybe start a new goal? More interaction with the community , a new focus on a certain part of the game.

Maybe become more active in a chat group ? I hang out in one and we are ages mid 50's to late 20's some of us are mom's some are not, some have an alternate lifestyle , some dont but we go together like PeanutButter and Jelly lol ; and we talk to each other off and on all day about Everything! Its actually probably kept me as active as I am becuase of the freinds I have made here

you join one ; this group i ve been in for almost 3 years now lol we know everything ( just about ) about each other and yap on FB when we arent in the actual game

Sometimes a new goal or a purge of breeding horses can help. I have less time now with work and the puppy so I have cut down my breeding horses.

It is also OK to take a break if you need one. Your show horses can still earn you hbs while you are gone.

I made a total switch a few months ago from just general even breeding to working on clubs and eras. Completely renewed my interest!

For me the Bc have kept me more active on this game and the challenge of tacking the bc horses really keeps my interests, after all I loved playing with paper dolls in my youth and the addition of the new bc added to my joy with HAJ.

GMTing has kept me interested! I enjoy starting new lines and making pretty ponies :) Once you make a new line, I focus on quality until I kinda get bored then I switch to a different line.

I tend to do that too @gemfish, but since the BCs got added to HAJ I just have check to see what is coming up next for HAJ.

@Treble I competely understand where you are at. I have been feeling the same way since I got out of college in 2019. I found what helps me is just to snoop around here every once in a while. Ive been off and on since 2014.

One of my favorite obsessions are growing my show herds to see how far/much i can get and of course with more hbs means more iv purchases and affording to do more gmt projects! Right now ive been getting some major hits with losing older show horses but that has me going through a major clean out and buy spree :-)) soon my hb numbers will be going up again.
