Riiiight... So, what effects can I expect from breeding siblings and the like?

Nothing different than breeding any other two horses in the game.

And it's considered "line breeding" or "inbreeding" when you breed related animals, not "incest", which only applies to humans. :)

There are no side effects in the game. It isn't a bad thing. I do it a lot as I can't find anything good enough to use with my line of chestnut horses.

I line breed quite a bit as well until I can find a worth cross. I mean...I probably have some that, in real life, should be growing hooves off their heads and horns on their sides. Ha Ha

LOL, that was funny. I have horses with pedigrees that can be traced back to the same sire at least twice. So yeah, it happens.
