  • Lol don't know where I got that from. Premium. I've lost SBA ability. My pasture has dropped to 60. I haven't heard anything from paypal and haven't gone looking yet til I know what to look for.

  • And I just noticed the little symbols after my name show basic member not premium.

    "Upgrade your account" says I have an active subscription, but not which kind.

    Found it, it says I have an active basic subscription.

  • We have had no payments for a premium upgrade for you since December of last year. You can create a subscription if you would like to start having a premium upgrade. :)

  • Then I owe you some back payments, because as far as I can tell, I've had premium privileges. I've been able to SBA until yesterday.

    Is that when we cancelled our subscriptions to take new subscriptions at the higher price?

  • Thanks, that's very kind of you.

    I know what happened, Because of something that happpened (nothing to do with H&J), I had to cancel my credit card and haven't received the new one yet, so paypal probably tried to charge me for the subscription renewal and it didn't go through. I'm not gonna worry about it, I'll just renew the subscription when I receive the replacement credit card.
