I've been toggling the seapony event on and off for the last 6+ hours trying to keep the image generator stable. I am pretty sure at this point the issues arise from people creating a very large number of horses at a time and overwhelming the fast queue on the server. I have been an anti-spam limiter on the create a horse page. This won't be a permanent addition. This is just a band-aid until usage rates slow down a bit. We will work on server generator improvements as a priority once Haystack arrives in Bulgaria next week.
