You will need to be more specific about what exactly you are having the issue with. What do you mean by populating?

I am asking about specifics because she has a basic account and the images show up differently for basic accounts than premiums and differently for creates, pastures, page opens etc. I need to know what exactly she is doing so I can clarify what the specific issue is. :)

That is different. The image generator got hung up last night, and we cleared it up.

My guess is you are trying to just wait for images to load in the background but you have a basic upgrade which means they won't do that ever for you.

There is a ton of different things going on with the image generator and it may be too complicated/confusing for me to try and explain the multiple things you are seeing. Just be aware we know about the times it is getting caught up like right now and are working on it.
