made a mistake and need help!

hello all! im stuck here, i made a big mistake and not sure how to fix it! i didnt realize that buying all the amount of IVs it showed would mean leaving me with not much hbs! and i went from over 1m hbs and now im only at 1,633! im not sure if there's anything that can be done? but if there is anyone willing to help me please let me know i made a grave mistake and now cant do hardly anything because of it! thanks in advance!
