why cant i pick up straws?

Fiddler had set aside some straws for me on this horse, however, i am unable to pick them up. am i or she doing something wrong?

I also can see and click them.. Are you sure you are looking onthe correct page? ( I ve done it, thats why I am asking.. the ones available for sale are on the First page on the bottom, not on the "family" page. )

You need to buy the private straws the same way you always did in the past, on your home page.Need to contact me? Read this first.

ok, i was able to pick them up through the member home page. i was charged 10k for all 20. it shows up on my "owned straws" page, however i was only able to see/use 2 of the. where are the other 18?

It's because Fiddler sent them multiple times. I removed the extra game alerts and now he shows up fine.
Straws don't show up on your use list if they are in your outstanding offers list. Deleting the offers fixes the problem.Need to contact me? Read this first.
