Why am I charged for a foal tattoo for someone else’s tattoo?

    Hi, I bred a few horses and one of them was not my herdname and I was charged for a tattoo. I don’t want to pay for someone else’s tattoo on a foal I bred. This has happened at least 2 x’s. How can I prevent this? Thanks

    It happens when you breed two horses together that are the same breed and it's someone else's breed and they have a tattoo associated with it. If you breed horses that are different breeds, the foal should always revert to your default breed and you won't be charged for their tattoo.
