Cloning lab
-
I'm starting to look at maybe saving up to clone a horse - how does it actually work, though? I've noticed you seem to be only able to clone horses you've bred, but what about GMTed horses? Do their genetic modifications clone? Are there any genes that can't or shouldn't be cloned? Thanks :)

I know nexus does not clone. And I think ice.ID 195859

The cloning lab annouces that not all LE genes clone. I'm pretty sure that Maribo is correct about ice, and Ammit specifically said the Nexus could not be cloned. I believe that is because they are both fantasy genes, and she doesn't want the game to wander too far from it's true-to-life basis.
Sb2 and S+ do clone. I'm not sure about the others.
Anything else that is in the gene-set, whether innate or GMT'd should carry forward, I'd think. -
Foundations with limited edition (purchased or GMT'd on) genes really should never be cloned. Way to many people abuse this. Cloning is not a way to double your GMTs for cheap.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
