Auction link not working? Answer

Seems the issue with some of the auction search links not working for people is the fact that some of us are running in the hunt and jump url and some in the horsegeneticsgame url. Can't cross them without signing in again. Once you sign in the link works fine.Post edited by Ammit at 2025-01-02 04:20:27

That's not a bug. huntandjump.com and horsegeneticsgame.com are diffrent websites. If you are logged into one and navigate to the other one you have to log in there as well. The issue will resolve with time as people stop using the old URL.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

If I put it in the bug discussion, I apologize. I meant to put it in regular discussions, as a lot of people are having trouble with their search links not 'working' after they post them in forum.

Do we need to be logging in on both?

Until all the links are reset, I think so, @Oops. I've had to for all the different links I've tried to enter. If I'm in the geneticsgame, I have to sign in for the old links and vice versa.

Only if you run into both. Horsegeneticsgame.com is the proper url now and the one your bookmarks should be set to. Eventually we will forcibly redirect you to this.Need to contact me? Read this first.
