Can’t see hearts

I gave this fella two copies of Phantom Hearts. Can’t find a single heart. How do I fix that? Does he also need a white modifier? Here’s m’dude;

He needs some white. Tobiano is usually a nice one to use. Might have to up the White Factor.
Appaloosa(LP) is the only one phantoms will not show on.Seahorse Farms #270748
