Seemingly reached a ceiling with maxing, do I need to boost?

    My era 15 line has seemingly stalled in progress. At generation 9, I reached 14 PT with maxing, and further generations haven't gotten any higher (on gen 12 now). Does that mean I need to boost now? I've never paid attention to this end of the spectrum of game play because I've never been here!

    If I remember correctly, when CheshireFarms was doing this.. the Boosting might raise the PT score by 0.1% but for sure get them to 3* , then maxing and boosting every gen after gets them slightly higher

    I believe 14 is the highest PT you can get without boosting. Boosted stock can throw foals higher than that, I think up to 15?

    Boosting will never ever impact a horse's PT. Boosting only impacts breeding ability. \

    14PTs come from two cap breeding ability parents. If you want to get over 14 it requires boosting your breeding stock, but be warned boosting is for that generation only. Foals from those boosted parents will still just be cap quality. It does not increase with every generation like stated above.

    With maxxed lines starting from C/Yellow, you will reach cap around 7th generation. Cap is the max all horses can be without boosting, as Ammit says you can boost horses so they produce higher PT, but the foals will of course be worse than them as they will still be cap
