So this is probably old hat for a lot of players, especially those who have been playing a long time, but I just discovered one of my mares is #4 on the Top Producing Mares for the Era 5 leaderboard! :D

By the way, what determines a top producing mare or stallion for the leaderboards? I mean what gets measured? PT and points are straight numbers, but I think the other is probably a little more complicated?

Congratulations! The first time you achieve any goal is always a thrill.

I don't believe that Ammit has ever told us exactly what criteria the leaderboards use to determine the top producers. It is judged in some way on the quality of the foals, and there is evidence that it may take more than just the average foal PT's into account, but we don't know exactly how it is calculated.

Definitely not just average PT. Only the best 25 foals count so low PT foals don't hurt a horse's chances. That was added in specifically to stop people making silly yum everything below X PT rules for studs.

Where can I find the leaderboards? :D

Look under Breeders Clubs. Click on an era or color/pattern to see the leaderboards. This is also where you enter your horses in the clubs--up to four of them if the horse qualifies for that many.

So I saw this and went hmmm and went to take a look ... Yuppers its a pretty good feeling, I got one of mine on there too, Thanks Lake Ondowa Farm for this chance. It was my gift helper breeding that gave me a High PT on the board :)
