I paid for a level 4 upgrade several days ago, and my main barn is larger, but things like PT and mare papering are still light gray. I haven't logged in in several months, and have looked around to see if something has changed. I saw that there is a lot that is changed, perhaps I am missing something I need to do to make it work. Thanks :-/

You need to log out of the game - actually hit the "log out" button - and then log back in. If you are just closing your browser, the game doesn't know to go look at your account again.

If you try that and it still doesn't work, then you'll need to send Ammit a cut and paste of your PayPal receipt so she can track down what happened and make it work for you. :)

She has a level 4 upgrade I can see it on her member page.

Echlo - you haven't officially logged in since 7/26. That is the problem, you do need to log out and log back in.
