Create a horse page will be down for a little bit

The create a horse page now appears to have a double entry--the one I activated this morning, seen as activated and a second unactivated one for the same DHH. My daughter reports that her create a horse page is the same, with an unactivated repeat of the one she rerolled for earlier in the day.

I didn't activate the herd helper today, so on my 'create a horse page' there's no HH, and no option to reroll (I have no idea if this info is at all helpful though).
