Right click on the horse's image and then click on the option to copy the image location. The exact wording will vary depending on which browser you are using. Come back to the box where you are making your post, click on the little picture icon at the top (third from the right), then paste the location into the code where the cursor is now located. If you want to post the horse's page also, go back to it, copy it from the address bar then insert it into your forum post under the image. Make sure to move the cursor before you do this, because it will probably still be in the code for the image.
