Unable to place tack on this horse.

I am trying to purchase tack for this horse, but am unable to: http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=3037069. It appears it has no tack on it now, but it did have some prior to me going to the tack page. Any clue as to what has happened?

Now I rerolled, and it shows the original tack again, but I would still like to add tack & unable to.
