Upgrade not working?
  • I have a level 4 upgrade with 222 days left active. HOWEVER, I've noticed that the only two upgrade options now are basic upgrade and premium upgrade (not levels)...(I haven't been on in awhile so I have no idea when that changed). My problem is as far as my payout,etc. It is stating that I have just a regular non-upgraded account. I've paid for the upgraded account. When I go to my IV manager it lists my upgrade only there and not on the main page. What should I do to fix this? Thanks

  • Ok. Thank-you. I haven't played in awhile and wanted to make sure it wasn't a glitch. So, I guess the item I purchased was changed after purchasing.
