Breeders' Clubs Updating?

Are the Breeders' Clubs stallion leaderboards currently updating every night at rollover like they have in the past? Or has the basic criteria changed in some way?
I have several stallions, that have 10+ foals and have been bred this year that should be on the top stallion lists in their respective clubs, but they aren't showing.

Any idea why my stallions may not be showing up then?
Shouldn't be a quality issue, as there's stallions currently on the leaderboard that they've been well above in the past. For example, the stallion I linked to above was #4 KP stallion last year, now he's not even showing in the top 25.
