Not a bug, he is already in to many clubs

I don't think the Top Stallions (and maybe mares, I don't watch them as much) lists are updating at all, for any clubs and haven't for a week or two at least. I have a bunch of stallions that should be on the Top Stallions lists for numerous clubs, and they aren't showing at all.

The only stallions of mine that are showing on clubs are those that were bred early in the season. I haven't seen the standings change in their clubs at all, and I know there are stallions out there better than them that have been bred this year and should be showing on the lists but aren't.

I have a White 1 stallion that I bred today, that has enough foals to show on the lists. I am going to check tonight when they are supposed to update, to see if he shows up on the White 1 Top Stallions list. There's currently only six on the list, so if they are updating, he should show tonight.
