Bought a new horse but she doesn't show up in the stable?!

Help! I bought a new mare and she's not in the primary barn. When I search for her it says that I own her and on my public members page it says she's in the primary barn but she's not there when I go into the barn. How can I fix this?! I went to your barn and she shows up in your primary barn. She is the only horse showing up in that barn :)
