This is absolutely member harassment and will not be tolerated.
I have closed this convo since we do not need further input on it. But it is officially against the rules to complain to someone because they outbid you. Members who make a habit of it will be banned from the game. It sucks to not get a horse you want but the person who pays the most gets the horse.
