    I bought the IV's to merge my account, but when I go to merge section of the shopping page, I don't see my other account. Both have the same email address.

    I really would like to merge my two accounts together asap.

    You can't merge a higher upgrade account into a lower upgrade account.

    oh, so I would have to upgrade the lower account to merge it to the other (upgraded) account???

    No, you have to be logged into the account with the better upgrade to do the merger, and then the one with the lower upgrade will be "ate" by the account with the better upgrade.
