Will tack manager items go on a foal?

I purchased several items for 2 foals. They show that I own them but does not show on foal. I added them. Logged in and out and still not there. I am sure that it is something I am not doing lol

They won't show until the foals turn 2 I believe.

Like tattoos--things that go on the body are hidden until the foal grows up to adult size.
