Ah I know that (kinda)! Those were a special tack item, 'paint on zebra stripes'. It could be bought in the tack store for a limited time only. It looks cool right? Unlike a candy horse this is a tack item so it won't disappear, unless you decide to remove it from your horse in the tack manager.
I can't remember how long ago it was available and exactly why it was available but I remember it being for a special occasion or special season like christmas or something.HJ1 160524

I've been wishing for it to make a return to the tack shop for 2 weekends now and I'll keep it up unless Ammit scolds me into wishing for something else. ;) I have quite a few studs that would look awesome with those zany stripes.
Also, I remember it being in the tack shop when I first started (July 2015) but very shortly afterwards it was taken out.I breed Drafts and star horses :D
