Just created these stallions. I am a poor judge and just wanted to get someone's opinion if they may have DP? I haven't been able to play much since the new pigment system went in so I am still trying to adjust and having a hard time with some of these.
I have a few more that I just created too if anyone is curious and wants to take a look, my ID is 142021.
Thanks! -
They don't look dark enough.

If you have any other color tested chestnuts that are heterozygous for sooty, compare the second of those with them. If he is markedly darker, then he is heterozygous for both sooty and DP, most likely. In the same way, you can compare the first one to other chestnuts who are homozygous S. Again, if he is markedly darker, he is might be heterozygous DP. I think, without comparing that he is probably just on the darker range of non-sooty chestnut, but that's just an estimate.

The first one definitely hasn't DP. DP chestnut color is just like chocolate color - it's just darker than these stallions' colors.understand the significance of signatures

Thanks for the advice everyone!
