Why can't accounts be merged?

Is there any reason why an account couldnt be merged if they are both at the same upgrade level ( basic upgrade?). The option isnt coming up and I'm just curious. Thanks

I wonder if you need the premium upgrade for this?? Not totally sure though.

I don't think you need the premium upgrade, since I've done it on HJ2 without that. Make sure both accounts use the same email (they should already if they're both yours, but double check to be sure).

Thanks guys. They are definitely the same email and both basic upgrade. I've even tried turning the upgrade off of the one I want to merge into the other one. So far no dice. :/

Do you have enough IVs? There is a base number of IVs you need, but the price goes up the more barns you have to transfer. Other than that--no clue.

The only other thing I've come up with is if you're using the identical password for both, but I'm not even sure password counts. If not, could you try that just in case?

I believe it is the same passwords actually. I'm not sure how to change it but I'll look around :D thanks

I am currently also having this problem. Is there a limit on the size of the stable when it comes to merging? When I look in my larger and older account I can merge but it does not show the option to merge on the smaller newer account. The bigger account will always eat the smaller one. Never the other way around. This was the issue for Belasko as well.Need to contact me? Read this first.
