Looking for lined Stallion!
-
Hi guys!
Looking for a few specifics!
1. I'd prefer pony, but warmblood is OK.
2. Must be anything other than a foundation!
3. I'd like him to have a high rate of producing quality foals. My last one didn't work out cause all of his colts have been gelded. :(
4. Can be any colour, I'm just looking for a good stud. But I do love homozygous Duns! ;) And Cream gene! Double dilutes are good too! ;)
Willing to pay well for what I'm looking for.
Thank you! :) -
Geldings don't mean the horse is low quality. Quite the opposite in fact - the higher the quality the horse, the lower your odds of a colt passing. Geldings and spayed mares are also your biggest money makers.
I love stallions that produce lots of geldings. They make me rich. :)Post edited by Gael4ce at 2016-01-26 22:23:04 -
I have a Star stallion that has given me far more Star geldings than any horse I have every had in the game. I knew he was good, so I concentrated on building up my mares and breeding him the to best mares I could find. For the last couple of seasons, I am finally getting intact Star colts. And honestly I rarely let go of his geldings/spayed mares, they are the base of my showing herd. So I agree, work on your mares, it pays off in the long run

I only have foundation mares, so I was breeding him to outside mares. I was looking to get a colt out of him but that never happened. Either way, he was sold and gelded so now I'm back at square 1 anyways. I am very strict on my mares, but like I said, I only have foundies and young Gen 2 horses.

@GoldOakStables, feel free to breed your foundation mares to any of my Star stallions up for public breeding if you'd like show horses. If there are any of them that you like, feel free to make an offer and I would consider selling most of them (though a few might be difficult to part with).
