Honestly a AFPT of 13.5 in a 6th gen is probably only possible with quite a bit of boosting or creative yumming. All of mine are about 12.4-12.7. I don't yum to try and increase PT scores mind

Thanks! I only had two pass testing at that level and then had to geld one myself as he was only as good as his sire :)) the other was a filly. I don't expect them to pass often .9th generation had none pass testing at all.
