That is the time you can start breeding your horses, as there are different starting times for each person, so that we don't crash the server trying all at the same time.

How many creations to Seahorse?

The horse above is a brown, the horse below is a bay. See the darkness of the shoulders and neck on the top is darker than the one on the bottom.
