    Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here is Into vaulting?
    I started vaulting last year and have worked my way up to canter tests.
    I'm looking for ways to spice up my freestyle round, comment anything cool you know of or have tried.
    ***cant envolve pressure on just the right leg due to an injury***

    Ok, so I know almost nothing about vaulting. I was curious, so looked it up on YouTube and stumbled across a video of the top 3 from the FEI Championships from 2014/2015. Here's the link, because it's awesome:


    I especially like the flip thing the first girl does (1:25 in the video), though I'm not sure how hard that is. There's another awesome flip thing at 1:55 (also possibly difficult). I could keep pointing out awesome flip things for the whole video, but I think you get the point - I think they look super impressive :) I also like when they jump off the off side of the horse, touch the ground, and flip back on. I'd never be able to do that.

    Haha yes, I love that video and have actually tried out the mount to dismount. The first rider has a very nice flag position. I'm great at the flips but I'm not ready to do them on any canter test due to my ankle. Thank you anyways and you learn something everyday
