Member grade?

I'm sure this has been asked plenty of times,but the search wasn't turning up anything for me. What exactly does the "member grade" mean? Is it just dependent on how many horses you create or ? Thanks

Yes, it does depend on the number of horses you have created. It goes up 1 for every 200 experience points you gain. Experience points are based on the horses you breed or create. I deduce this because I have 29 extra stalls, and I'm listed as Member Grade 58. I think, however that your experience points decrease if you auction or yum horses, though I may not have that exactly right.
