Putting a stallion up for breeding

I purchased a 14yr old stallion from the "search horses" section and I would like to put him up for breeding. How do I put him up for breeding in the "search horses" section so that he can be seen by everyone?

Under his control tab there will be a box for breeding price, however breeding is currently closed so you cannot put him up right now. He can be put up on the 2nd if you are upgraded or the 3rd if you are not.Thanked by 1Wiggles20
