Hey, please don't take offence, I see you're a fairly new player. This horse unfortunately isn't worth what you are asking. Uni horses do cost quite a bit to make and even ones with rare genes are very rarely worth what they cost to create (except to the person creating them). There are a few herd helpers who will allow people to create 100% breeding ability horses for 2500.
I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to help you out!
