I'm confused with the whole papering thing. What is it (what is the highest and lowest scores) and how do you do it?

On each horse's page, on the control panel tab, down toward the bottom, are some testing buttons. One of them is Breeding Inspection. It'll cost you some HBs to use, so you want to save it until you've done the other (cheaper or free) tests first...

Mares go yellow->red->blue->*Gold, with yellow being the lowest and equivalent to basic foundation level, and *Gold being the highest.

Stallions are C->B->A->*Star, with C being the lowest and equivalent to basic foundation level, and *Star being the highest.

None of my horses has that option.

I believe papering is still a premium upgrade item, so unless you have a premium upgrade, it won't show up on your horses' pages.

The description of the Basic upgrade includes stallion papering, but mare papering is not mentioned anywhere. Now that both have been merged into the same test, that is probably outdated, anyway.
