GMT issue: Doulbe charge & not changed

I paid to change a stud to mare mare and when I went to refresh her page it gave her two tatoos and it wasn't changed at all. I also think I was charged twice but it doesn't make sense. A little help here please? No I didn't refresh the gmt page.

No turns out I have been having connectivity issues since a storm rolled thorough yesterday and screwed up the internet. Apparently they were doings something that caused pages to auto refresh for some reason. We had to call the company. Thank you for fixing her. Ii'm not going to do any gmts until they have it fixed..
