I have a number of Available to Adopt horses, and I believe other players do too. You can certainly find mine and probably others by entering Available to Adopt in the tattoo field of the Search Horses page.

You'll get there by clicking on Community in the left menu and selecting search horses. Available to Adopt horses have a very low price and are sold with the understanding that you will keep them in your stable until they pass out of the game from old age. Please don't buy them to drop them into the auction for a quick profit.

If you see something you like, just send a private message to the owner(s) (see Inbox to do this) with the link to the horses you're interested in. If I'm the owner, I will make you a temporary member of my Horse Exchange so the sale will go smoothly.
