The exact time of day for each player depends on where that player lives in the world. The nightly roll-over occurs at 12 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time.

However, a player living in that time zone might not be up until 12:10 A.M. when the roll-over finishes (although the weekly Saturday to Sunday roll-over takes 20 minutes, not 10), and so might not be attending to the auction end right at that moment. If I, myself, living in the game's time zone, had set such a limit, I would probably try to determine the exact time the latest bids were made and perhaps disqualify those that came after midnight.
