When you go onto your advanced breeding facility it will say sell straw/egg you can then put what straws you want to sell and when they expire. You can put their ID number in the sell to player ID box and send them with the price you see fit. Under that you will see the detailed straws or eggs which will show you who has what straws and when they expire. It will also show you what straws you have and from who. :)

On the page that WarmbloodStables mentioned, there is a section called Outstanding Straw/Egg Offers between the Offer Straw/Egg button and the Detailed Straw/Egg Information list. If you want to remove an offer, you can X it out there.
